In a fun little tidbit of the day I heard from Xtabay owner Liz Gross that one of her shops’ beautiful vintage pieces went political. Capricia Marshall, The Chief of Protocol at The White House, practiced good protocol when she emailed Gross to let her know the dress she snagged online was worn to the State Dinner with Chancellor Merkel. And sure enough Gross found a picture of her wearing it on the White House steps. Not too shabby for a little Pdx shop!
