Dress/Undress Fashion

A killer look by designer Heather Treadway.
For those of you panicking because a new month is here and there hasn’t been a fashion show on the radar yet, take a deep breath. Planned Parenthood just jumped into the runway ring with a very promising show coming up on August 31st. In total Portland style the designer list is impressive (Idom, Studio SKB, Sword + Fern), the show is entirely run by volunteers and it’s a fundraising benefit.
Here are the details from PP:
What: Dress/Undress: a Fashion Benefit for Planned Parenthood’s Equal Access Fund aims to raise funding and awareness for Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette’s (PPCW) LGBTQ services and funding programs.
Why: Planned Parenthood believes all people should have access to sexual and reproductive health care, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or economic status. PPCW’s Equal Access
Fund helps provide gynecological exams and Pap tests for women and transgender people who aren’t covered by state pregnancy-prevention funding but meet the same economic requirements. 100% of Equal Access Fund dollars go directly to low-income patients who would otherwise be unable to afford services. The Equal Access Fund is a resource organized and provided by PPCW.
