In one of the sleeper hits of Portland Fashion Week, the midday Friday show produced some of the most dramatic and beautiful runway moments. Designers Sophie Chang, Amrapali, and Sunjin Lee impressed as much as I'd hoped, adding to our list of successful local bridal designers.
