Closing week of Portland Fashion Week consisted of four Seattle designers. And while it may seem like city sibling rivalry, overall, I wasn't into it. With some bright spot exceptions, and a return visit from former Pdx designer Devonation, the grumpy overtired fashion editor in me found a serious lack of cohesion in most lines, or nothing to make me get on the edge of my seat.
