Kitty Condos
Fear not, a Four Seasons for felines exists too. Kitty Condos pride themselves on their “cage free boarding” options, which range from budget cubicles ($10/night) to Grand Suites ($22) that come furnished with a toddler bed, deluxe kitty climbing tree and choice of décor motif: ocean fish or exotic bird.

The options for animal entertainment are unlimited at this feline boarding and day spa. Fido’s Indoor Dog Park
Fido's is Portland’s largest indoor dog park with over 20,000 square feet of climate-controlled play space and the only pet pool in the area. Overnight ‘guests’ enjoy a private den lined with K9 soft grass and unlimited access to the lobby (decked out with leather couches for lounging), play spaces and pool.

AirPet Hotel
The next big thing in pet care is geared towards business travelers. AirPet will pick up your cat or dog at the airport. When owners return, pets can be picked up anytime day or night or even delivered to the airport. While the Seattle location is operating normally, AirPet's Portland branch, which opened in 2011, is currently seeking a new location and will be reopen at an unknown date. That is, if growing pet hotel chains like Pet Paradise Resorts or Best Friends Pet Care don’t beat them to it.
