It's never too early to start planning your Spring getaway.
This coming February and March, The Allison Inn & Spa is offering two exclusive foodie getaways, which they're calling The Cuvée Weekends. While the hotel is still curating the final lineup, the event will invite winemakers, brewers, mixologists, and chefs from Portland and Seattle to participate in a celebration of the state's edible wonders. The weekend will include tastings and entertainment, as well as educational and interactive sessions with the culinary hosts.
According to organizers, February's session will focus on the "essential flavors" of the Northwest, while March's weekend pays homage to Women's History Month, highlighting women in Oregon's food and drink industry.
Located 45 minutes from Portland, The Allison Inn sits on 35 acres overlooking Parrett Mountain, Chehalem Mountains, and Dundee Hills. Surrounded by over 200 vineyards, the property has seven acres of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris vineyards, as well as 77 guest rooms.
The Cuvee Weekends will be held February 27-28 and March 20-21 and cost $1600 per couple.
