Spills, thrills, and skills on display once again

The tribes gathered on August 13, lining both sides of the road that winds down from Mt Tabor to catch all the Road Warrior-style action of the Portland Adult Soap Box Derby. Since 1997, the derby has wreaked havoc on the hillside with its regatta of makeshift race cars, all in the name of “keeping the kid alive in us all.”
