SE Wine Collective brings together nine different sustainable wineries from around the region, providing barrel storage for proper wine aging, custom crush facilities, and finally, the bi-annual bottling event where the wineries get to box up the fruits of their labor. Bottling day is the collective's most fun and interactive day! The truck parks outside and volunteers pop by throughout the day, staying anywhere from ten minutes on their lunch break to an hour or more, stickering and boxing alongside the winemakers.
