Shakespeare in the Park Summer Schedule

All the park's a stage for Portland's bevvy of theater companies dedicated to taking the Bard's work into the natural world.

Most theater companies might go dark for summer, but that doesn't mean you can't get your fix. Just head outside, where the summer Shakespeare companies fill our parks with all nature of princes, lovers, faeries, and hucksters. Pack a picnic and make sure to always keep a blanket in your car, you never know when you might come across Romeo wooing Juliet across the Laurelhurst pond.

These are the main summer companies, and a rundown of their summer schedule is broken down by locale below. Last updated July 21.
