Tickets for Hamilton in Portland to Go on Sale This Week

If you remember with bitterness and the teeth-gnashing grief the great Hamilton ticket rush of 2017/18, where so many spent so long in the online queue, most to emerge empty handed and have to listen to their more successful friends talk about how great the show was (it was really great, sorry), there is good news. Maybe.
The Lin Manuel-Miranda Broadway smash hit is returning to Portland, and you have another chance to join an online queue and secure a ticket. This Thursday, tickets go on sale for planned April 13–May 1 performances next year, with prices ranging from $59 to $179 (with a select number of premium seats available from $199–299 if you really wanna throw down). As before, there’ll also be a lottery for 40 $10 seats for all performances, with details announced closer to the engagement.
Tickets will be on sale from the Broadway in Portland site from 10 a.m. on Thursday, with a maximum purchase limit of nine (NINE!) tickets per account.
There. We’ve written a Hamilton post without once stooping to the obvious and admonishing you not to throw away your shot. (Sorry.)
