Portland’s freshest catch is about to get fresher: Ken and Jennifer Norris’s Pearl District hotspot Riffle NW will launch lunch service on Tuesday, July 24th, complete with seafood platters, entrée salads, and handcrafted "mocktails" for a midday meal worth reelin’ in.

The new weekday lunch menu—offered Tuesday through Friday from 11 am to 2:30 pm—includes some favorites from the dinner offerings (like a shaved Brussels sprouts salad with pecorino and toasted walnuts or the Dockside Chowder with mussels, clams, and bacon) alongside new takes on midday fare. Weekday warriors will be able to dive into a skirt steak chopped salad, fish tacos with horseradish slaw, a roasted King Salmon sandwich with apricot glaze on house-made foccacia, or the "greatest hits" option, the Shore Lunch Platter (featuring a lobster BLT, chowder, and market salad).

To complement the lighter options of the lunch menu, beverage director Dave Shenaut has tapped into the daytime zeitgeist with a signature list of $6 mocktails for carefully crafted sips that won’t lead to a post-lunchbreak slump. These refreshing non-alcoholic drinks include a pepper melon lemonade, pineapple basil soda, and a celery lime soda that drinks like a family-friendly spin on the Riffle Collins.

Whether you’ve got the time for a leisurely luncheon or need to grab a quick bite on the run, Riffle NW just might have what you’ve been casting for.
