Hey drinking buddies!

You may have noticed my less-than-frequent blog posts over the past few months, for which I apologize. I’ve gotten stellar contributions from interns Sarah Gates, Hannah Doyle, and Monica Down, but my own schedule has been consumed by my duties as web editor, which have made the regular maintenance of Bar Pilot difficult, to say the least. Therefore, it’s with heavy heart that I bid adieu to Bar Pilot, the blog I created. Please keep your displays of grief to a discreet lament or two, and maybe think of me once in a while when sipping a particularly tasty cocktail. It’s been a privilege, really.

The good news is that I will continue to offer my wit and wisdom as a member of the Eat Beat team, posting on a regular basis about, well, the same stuff I always post about, beer, bars, spirits, and nightlife. Look for me in the Eat Beat blog—I’ll be along before you know it.
