Bazi Bierbrasserie's Great Toy Drive Deal
What: From now until December 19th, Bazi will be accepting unwrapped toy donations for the KWG Great Toy Drive. Place new, unwrapped toys underneath Bazi's holiday tree and get 10% off your bill (for one toy) or 20% off your bill for 3 or more toys.

French Champagne dinner at Genoa
What: A five-course champagne dinner featuring bubbly selections from Ambonnay Champagne bar's David Spear and Genoa sommelier Michael Garofola, paired with Genoa's modern Italian cuisine. In lieu of traditional parings, the five featured Champagnes (from a Blanc de Blancs from Michel Genet to a RH Coutier Brut Rosé) will be left on the table to pour and discuss to your heart's content.

Dine Out PDX for Superstorm Sandy Relief
What: Nearly forty Portland restaurants are opening their doors on December 5th for dinners to benefit victims of Superstorm Sandy. New additions: Ox Restaurant, Genoa's Champagne Dinner (above), and Portland Food Adventure at Grüner (details below). Find out more information here.
When: Wednesday, December 5th, all night.

How Much: Portland restaurants will donate 10 to 20 percent of their evening's proceeds to the American Red Cross.
Holiday Market at the French American International School
What: Support the FAIS at this holiday bazaar featuring a "Parisian Cafe" where shoppers can indulge in crepes, pastries, wine, and cheese while browsing over 45 local venders (think handmade clothing and accessories jewelry, ceramics, and more). A local wine expert will be on hand with discount bottles and holiday pairing suggestions.
When: Saturday, December 8th from 9 am to 4 pm
Where: French American International School at 8500 NW Johnson Street
How Much: Free parking and free admission.
Rum Club's Sunday Supper at the Club
What: A five-course meal from chef Jon “Bones” Anderson (think oyster stew with leek and fennel fondue, smoked trout with salt-cured radicchio, and lamb navarin with root veggies), dessert by Clare Gordon, and paired cocktails from Bar Manager Adam Robinson.
When: Sunday, December 9th with seatings at 5 and 8 pm
Where: Rum Club at 720 Southeast Sandy Boulevard

Chef Christopher Israel's Alpine Christmas
What: The next Portland Food Adventure heads to the West End for a six-course Alpine Christmas celebration care of chef Christopher Israel, with cocktail and wine pairings. The night will kick off with cocktails and passed appetizers at Kask. Diners will also have the chance to chat with Israel about his Portland culinary haunts (including Cacao and Wafu) and will end the evening with gift certificates to try them all.
