Win Tickets to Wine About Winter

Are you run down by the rain yet? Need a chance to gripe about the gray or sound off about the "snow"? Hillsdale Main Street feels your pain, so they've put together a one-of-a-kind opportunity to hunker down with some good wine and simply whine without remorse.
On Sunday, February 10th, the first annual Wine About Winter event will take over the Hillsdale Business District on the main thoroughfare of Capitol Highway, complete with cozy spots to mingle with a glass or two.
Guests are welcome to bundle up and complain away about the weather (or forget it altogether) as they sip wines from over twenty five award-winning local wineries, listen to live music, and share paired nibbles from Chef Earl Johnson of Korkage Wine Bar & Shop. Scent and soil stations will be set up for on-the-fly wine education, and Johnson will share tips for DIY tastings so guest can bring the reprieve from winter weather home with them.

Participating wineries include Anam Cara Cellars, Brooks, Cowhorn, Crowley, Grochau Cellars, J. Albin Winery, Owen Roe, Ribera Vineyards, Solena, Troon, Utopia Vineyard, and many more.
We scored two pairs of tickets to the action (each pair a $50 value, generously donated by the owners of Korkage Wine Bar) and we're giving them away this week to a few lucky Eat Beat readers.
