Bar Avignon Summer Celebration featuring Division Wine Co.
What: Taste brand new wines from Division Winemaking Company at this pre-release party hosted by Bar Avignon. Division Wine Co. owners Kate and Tom Monroe will be on-site to discuss the wines, and an exclusive all-night happy hour menu will be served alongside the standard a la carte menu.

The Mighty Mites Session Beer Fest
What: Taste a wide array of session-style brews, ranging from IPAs to hard cider, at this celebration of beers under 5% abv. Created as part of the Hawthorne Street Fair, this family friendly event will also feature Salt & Straw ice cream, hot dogs, DJ Forrest Avery, and the Timbers No Pity Van.

Portland Food Adventures Game Dinner at St. Jack
What: Chef Aaron Barnett and Nicky USA's Geoff Latham preview the Wild About Game event at Southeast Portland's French bistro St. Jack. What: Celebrate 110 years of Besaw’s history at the restaurant’s all day block party. This “Grand Outdoors Bizarre” will feature fire-eaters, kissing llamas, strength competitions, live music, and a Prohibition-era speakeasy.

Albacore Canning Workshop

Burgers & Barolo
What: Savor six exquisite wines made from Nebbiolo, the grape of Barolo, and retrieved from the depths of Genoa’s cellar. Featured wines will include 2009 Cantina del Pino, 2008 Cave Cooperatives de Donnas, 2006 Ar Pe Pe Sassella Stella Retica, 2008 Marcarini Brunate, 2006 Cappellano Pie Rupestris, and 2010 Massimo Clerico Spanna. Co-hosted by wine expert David Speer of Ambonnay and sommelier Michael Garofola of Genoa, this summer event will also feature an array of delicious burgers and sides.
