At Raven & Rose’s family-style prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner, you’ll find sausage-stuffed turkey roulade and Oregon salmon served alongside mashers, stuffing, cranberries, and seasonal vegetables. Andina

Every year, Andina offers a special Peruvian three-course prix fixe menu with Andean flavors like their heritage turkey, dusted with a tres ajies rub and slow-roasted, served with quinoa-hazelnut stuffing, mâche salad, caramelized Dakota squash, and lucuma gravy. Portobello Vegan Trattoria

Break out of the ordinary at Imperial's third annual Thanksgiving dinner. Expect spit-roasted turkey breast, sweet potatoes with butter, dill and Jacobsen sea salt, delicata squash with sage and black pepper honey, and a hyper-local dessert line-up, from Kiyokawa Orchards apple pie with caramel sauce to Sauvie Island pumpkin pie with vanilla whipped cream. Heathman Restaurant

If you're of the opinion that you can’t get too much of a good thing, the Heathman’s Thanksgiving buffet is for you. From 11:30 am to 5 pm, the buffet will feature opulent seafood displays, hulking meat entrees, and a dizzying array of desserts. If you prefer a sit down affair, check out their traditional prix fixe menu, with plates like roast leg of venison and turkey with chestnut stuffing, from 11 am– 9 pm. $47 per adult, $18 per child (under 12). Jake’s Grill

Suit up for Jake’s Thanksgiving Buffet at the Governor’s Ballroom in Sentinel Hotel. With an abundance of hearty food—chilled seafood display, salads with kale, fruit, salmon, or cous cous, fennel and herb brined roast tom turkey and shallot and herb crusted striploin with traditional au jus. $39.99 per adult, $16.99 for children between ages 3-12. Gustav’s and The Rheinlander

The storied German funhouse does Thanksgiving with roasted turkey breast, apple walnut dressing, slow-roasted prime rib, bier sausage, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy and more. McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse

Cornelius Pass Roadhouse is hosting a Thanksgiving buffet from 11 am to 5 pm with homemade favorites such as fresh-carved turkey, Fireside Port cranberry relish, roasted pork loin with Edgefield cider jus, poached salmon, mashed potatoes, and brandied pumpkin pie. $29 for adults and $17 for children between ages 5-12. Oregon Garden Resort

Want to get out of town and enjoy Thanksgiving all day? The Oregon Garden Resort is your go-to destination. From 10 am to 3:30 pm, they'll be hosting a Thanksgiving Day buffet with an array of breakfast options as well as traditional dinner fare. Get your Turkey Day off to the right start with made-to-order waffles, omelets, and prime rib-carving stations. The party goes on through the evening, with a dinner service starting at 5:30, with more Thanksgiving Day themed entrées. Buffet is $26.95 per adult, $23.95 for seniors and $12.95 for children (12 and under). Fogo De Chao

Starting Thanksgiving Day, Fogo will serve sweet potato casserole and cranberry relish through December. During Thanksgiving weekend only, Fogo will add rotisserie-roasted turkey to its list of meat offerings. Thanksgiving hours: 11:30am – 3pm and 4 – 9pm.
