Mark Doxtader, dough maestro and Tastebud’s owner, has built his dream truck—a giant, fully mobile pizza oven. The brick-red customized Sterling truck comes with hydraulic doors that swing open to reveal a kitchen with running water, refrigerators, storage and retail space. The wood-fueled Mugnaini oven, yanked with a crane from the original Tastebud restaurant, sits cemented in back weighing in at 3,500 pounds, spitting fire and charring dough.
