Wondering how to prune your own trees?

Learn from Martin Nicholson, Hoyt Arboretum's curator, how to do it right. This two-hour class will provide the information you need to evaluate what and when to prune, how to make good pruning cuts, what tools you need and more. An instructional booklet is included with the registration fee. Note: the class is for pruning small ornamental trees in your garden - that 100 foot Douglas fir might just need the attention of a trained arborist with a bucket truck!
