  • Mark Parker CEO, Nike: $14.7 million (Parker is the state’s highest-paid corporate CEO.)
  • Jeanne P. Jackson president of product and merchandising, Nike: $4.2 million (Jackson is the highest-paid woman at Nike, according to a report the company filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.)
  • Mark Donegan CEO, Precision Castparts Corporation: $9.7 million
  • Ruth A. Beyer senior vice president, Precision Castparts: $3.3 million (BeyerPrecision’s highest-paid woman, has also served as the chair of the Board of Trustees of Marylhurst University since 2006.)
  • J. Greg Ness CEO, StanCorp Financial Group:$9.2 million
  • Renée J. James president, Intel: $8 million
  • Bryan B. DeBoer CEO, Lithia Motors:$5.6 million
  • William A. FurmanCEO, Greenbrier Companies: $5.3 million
  • Walden C. Rhines CEO, Mentor Graphics: $5.2 million
