200 guests showed tremendous support of improving the lives of dogs living outside on chains in our region and beyond. Funds raised sponsored fences, spay/neuter, doghouses, flea treatment and medical care for senior dogs. Highlights included a moving on-stage display of chains and tethers, Chopper’s Hero Award presentation to a local youth group, and the announcement of 1522 dogs unchained since 2008.
