On November 2nd, the city’s hard-working nonprofits, volunteers, and some of its most philanthropic citizens came together to celebrate Portland Monthly’s 14th Annual Light a Fire awards, presented by Bank of America. Held at the Portland Art Museum, guests celebrated the dedication and generosity of this year’s honorees. It also selected 2018 Light a Fire award winner for Exceptional Community Contribution, The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO), as the beneficiary of this year’s “Big Check,” which totaled $14,132.13.
