Rebel Butcher Prepares Sizzling VIP Dinner

Fire it up!

Presented by Cowabunga July 5, 2018

Cowabunga’s VIP dinner event, Seared, will be a spectacular culinary experience not to be missed! With limited seating, this will be an intimate dinner with one focus: to indulge.

At Seared, guests will enjoy a five-course meal featuring aged beef; prime cut shanks, shoulders, and salamis; seasonal produce; and accoutrements from the state’s top purveyors. It’ll be an indoor/outdoor summer evening in collaboration with Zeph Shepard, rebel butcher and owner of Proletariat Butchery. Watch as Zeph prepares a spectacular in-your-face dining experience. Did we mention the three open-flame cooking pits? That’s right. Zeph will be cooking over tall flames for your viewing (and eating) pleasure! If you enjoy the fruits of the sea, you will love the fresh and salty welcome oysters from local chefs Jaret Foster and Mona Johnson, co-owners of Tournant. And for those more grounded on land, chef Shauna Galante from Secret Language will be serving up farm-fresh side dishes.

Powered by Cowabunga major sponsor Toyota, in addition to the deliciously decadent meal, Seared will have live tunes and sizzling late-night entertainment. Paired with top-shelf scotch, such as single malts and aged vintages from Glenfiddich; local brews; sake from SakeOne; and the finest pinot noir and local wines from Adelsheim, Alit Wines, Bergström Wines, Colene Clemens Vineyards, Hyland Estates, Day Wines, and

Le Cadeau Vineyard, guests are guaranteed to leave feeling sa-tis-fied! And who doesn’t love a post-dinner treat? Thanks to Fournier Group, Seared will have VIP surprises aplenty, including custom Cowabunga cocktail glasses and a Cowabunga swag bag
