She’ll be at Mag-Big with a number of different pieces from classic Victorian to Deco and costume jewelry fit for Grace Kelly. RUBRIC ART OPENING

On Thursday, July 10 Backtalk PDX (as part of the Mississippi Ave Second Thursday art walk) welcomes Rubric. Artist Kayla Mattes showcases her vivid new series of color and compositional studies. The weavings blend traditional tapestry geometries with bits of modern cultural iconography. See triangles, stripes, and squares intersect with smiley faces, pizzas, and pie charts in these boutique displays.
