For thirty years, local jewelry boutique Twist has kept Portlanders bedazzled. From funky designers like Renee Sheppard (with her coral and diamond pavé snake bracelet) to delicate makers in the vein of Dana Kellin (and her pretty quartz drop earrings), the shop carries a wide variety of lines for an equally wide variety of budgets.
