In honor of the pheasant feathers she uses for her “fascinators”—hats that is—Elizabeth Rohloff is throwing a pheasant fete with smoked duck, whiskey, cheese, and of course many designs by the local milliner. Also: photography, woodcuts, and visual art from various local artists.
