Despite not one, but two denials (to me, at least) from Solestruck owner Bryce Morrow in the last month, it seems the rumors circulating are true. The shoe behemoth will close and is currently liquidating all of its remaining inventory in a massive site-wide sale with progressively deeper discounts. It’s the end of a shoe era, with the shop never seeming to fully recover after closing its Black Box location at SW 13th and Burnside, once known for hosting some of the best fashion parties in town.

Shoes will decline in price until Monday, August 1, when everything will be 90 percent off and the site will go offline. RIP Solestruck. We’re glad we knew you.
