Many regular CBD users will tell you they need at least 50mg per serving, actually to feel a difference in these areas. Speaking of effects, remember that CBD gummies, like any cannabis edible, will take between 30 minutes to two hours to kick in. With the Enhanced Relief gummies, we felt a difference within this timeframe, somewhere around one hour after ingestion.
