Feb 15 Head to Astoria’s Fort George Brewery to partake in the Festival of Dark Arts, replete with glass blowing, a blacksmith forge, belly- and fire-dancing, tarot card reading, and a Dark Art Gallery (whatever that means). Feb 15 Zwickelmania! The annual event includes about 100 breweries across the state conducting meetings, tastings, and tours from 11am to 4pm. Feb 28 & Mar 1 The 6th Annual Wurstfest in Mt. Angel (just 45 minutes from Portland) celebrates everything you love about German sausage—and gives you a great reason to don your lederhosen for the day. Details: mtangelwurstfest.com
