Thirteen years, one Laika movie soundtrack, and several membership shuffles since starting life as vocalist Ritchie Young's solo project, Loch Lomond is back, with a new record out in early September, and a brand-new Harry Nilsson cover to whet your appetite. The current lineup of eight—Young joined by Jesse Donaldson, Brooke Parrott, Ji Tanzer, Rebecca Sanborn, Pete Bosack, Julie Bosack, and Thao & the Get Down Stay Down's John Whaley—drops Pens from Spain on September 2, with the release show a week later, September 9, at Mississippi Studios.

Listen here to the band's lush, layered cover of Harry Nilsson's 1971 hit "Me and My Arrow."
