Plate & Pitchfork

Founded a decade ago by Erika Polmar, Plate & Pitchfork features collaborations between chefs and farmers, plus an annual four-day “Ranch and Raft Trip,” a ranch tour and barbecue followed by a rafting trip with local chefs.

Field & Vine Events

A vintage school bus delivers diners to farms and vineyards for a guided tour followed by a six-course dinner prepared by chef-owner Pascal Chureau and his catering team, paired with quintessential Oregon wines.

Outstanding in the Field

Launched in Santa Cruz in 1999, Outstanding in the Field led the farm-dinner craze with its epic feasts on never-ending tables. Each year now brings a lineup of more than 90 dinners across the country.

Farm to Fork Event Co

Oregon farms team up with regional wineries, meat producers, and chefs for a limited schedule of rustic, open-air dinners. For the more adventurous, a lineup of all-inclusive Northwest rafting and kayaking trips should satisfy.
