On January 15th, America’s truffle fanatics will descend on the Willamette Valley for a weekend of hunting, learning, and eating. For more on the Oregon Truffle Festival, check out our handy guide.

The full weekend carries a hefty price tag, but we’ve got two tickets (a $330 value) to “A Walk on the Wild Side” dinner, on Friday, January 16, at the World Forestry Center in Portland.

This dinner will be a great way to sample Oregon’s sought-after fungus—without investing in a truffle dog. Eight local chefs, from Olympic Provision’s Elias Cairo to James Beard winner Jason Wilson (Crush in Seattle) will cook up truffle-centric dishes at this walk-around dining gala, with Oregon beer, wine and spirits included.

Apply to win HERE. The drawing has ended!

Don’t want to risk it? Check out Oregon Truffle Festival’s schedule to see which events are still available.
