Amy Martin designs, draws, and assigns photography and illustration for Portland Monthly.  

Her own illustration work has appeared in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Scientific American, Fast Company, GOOD, Tin House, Bitch, and McSweeney’s; in campaigns for Rock the Vote, Obama for America, and Cover Oregon; and on posters for Death Cab for Cutie, Sufjan Stevens, St. Vincent, and 826LA.

Amy also writes and illustrates picture books, including Symphony City (McSweeney’s, 2011). She almost worked at both Tiger Beat and Cat Fancy before moving from Los Angeles to Portland. She is clinically Midwestern and will totally help you move.
