Who ever thought the ancient art of yoga could be so now? We can see that our favorite activewear labels such as Nike, Lululemon, and Prana are paying attention to the runways by injecting spot-on trends like neon colors, cut out shapes, and edgy prints into their collections. Also gaining popularity in the yoga world is indoor ballet flats, worn for comfort and clean feet during class (and to mask odor!), and more bare pieces usually reserved for hot Bikram yoga.
As swimsuit season looms over us the thought of squeezing into tiny spandex is enough to take a look at your gym clothes and head on over to the studio. Refresh your workout wear with a fun pop of color, unconventional shapes, and modern graphics and you’ll feel like an urban yogi with a chai latte and anti-microbial mat in hand.
