Any girls who grew up in the 80’s and early 90’s that simultaneously loved unicorns, glitter, and retina burning bright colors knew and loved Lisa Frank. The adored designer churned out a steady stream of backpacks, stickers and (flashback alert) Trapper Keepers with Frank’s signature happiness sprinkled all over it. At its zenith there was regular Frank sticker envy brewing amongst middle school girls with daggers in their eyes for whoever got the new dolphin poster first.

Clothing retailer Urban Outfitters sought out Frank at the company’s headquarters in Tucson, Arizona and made a video going into the depths of the archives. Look out for a tiny version of Mila Kunis hocking stickers before she became an award-wining actress.
