Seaworthy Holiday Party and Witness Collection Launch

The jewelers at Seaworthy team up with their neighbors, Botanica Floral Design, to throw this holiday bash and open house. The Seaworthy showroom, which is usually accessible by appointment only, will be open to the public for an evening of food, drinks, music, and a fabulous raffle, the proceeds of which will benefit charity. The party will also serve as the launch for Witness, Seaworthy’s latest collection of solid brass and silver pendants, statement earrings, and rings.

Saysay Holiday Party and Sale

For eight blessed hours on Friday, everything at local designer mecca Saysay Boutique will be up to 60 percent off. Starting at 3 p.m., you can snack on Farina Bakery macarons and other goodies while you shop.

Gifted: A Portland-Made Marketplace

ADX—Portland's "gym for making stuff"—celebrates its fifth annual holiday gift fair with more than 80 local vendors hawking everything from ceramics to jewelry to messenger bags to candles to razors. If you want something unique, local, and hand-hewn, this is your one-stop shop.

Crafty Wonderland Holiday Art and Craft Market

Crafty Wonderland’s annual holiday market returns to the Oregon Convention Center to provide us with handmade wares from more than 250 artisans. The early bird gets the worm at this weekend wonderland—the first 150 people in the door each day get goodie bags and free Chinook Books. But late risers don’t have to worry, because everybody gets free entry and access to a DIY crafting section sponsored by Collage.

Midge Holiday Trunk Show and Tasting

Sherwood-based Courtney Leonard of Midge brings her designs to the award-winning Cathedral Ridge Winery in Dundee for a trunk show and tasting. Every item—not only clothing, accessories, and jewelry, but also home décor and original art—is sustainably produced by hand.

Myriam Marcela Holiday Gathering

Myriam Marcela, a Portland designer who specializes in vintage renewal, invites guests to an intimate soirée at Via Raiz, a holiday pop-up boutique that showcases modern Mexican design. Libations will be provided by Union Wine Co., while Cachito de Cielo offers little pieces of heaven in the form of Mexican sweets.

Give Good Gift Holiday Pop-Up

At Give Good Gift, the best of Portland design meets heartwarming staples of the holiday season, such as Santa photo ops and serenades from the Dickens Carolers. Over 40 designers, shops, and food carts are represented, including Le Souk Le Souk, Bridge & Burn, and Wildfang. To really get into the holiday spirit, be sure to make a canned food donation to the Oregon Food Bank while you’re there.

Portland Bazaar 2016

The Portland Bazaar opens the weekend with a sneak peek event on Friday evening, entry to which includes a free drink, a raffle ticket, and small bites. On Saturday and Sunday, Portland makers such as Claire Green Jewelry and Bull in China Barware are on show for everyone’s holiday shopping convenience.

Agave Winter Warehouse Sale

Agave Denim, which specializes in the quintessentially American jeans-and-tee aesthetic, brings back its weekend warehouse sale. All jeans and knit tops are made in the United States, and they will knock 10 percent off your purchase if you donate your old denim to Neighbors Helping Neighbors, so shop guilt-free and be sure to stop by on Sunday for their sweet deals day.

Lena Medoyeff Silver Ribbon Bridal Sample Sale

All the dresses at Lena Medoyeff are made with ethically sourced and fair trade fabrics, and brides-to-be can rest assured that every piece is hand-stitched by local seamstresses. To sweeten the deal, conscious shoppers can also score select dresses, identified by silver ribbons, for a grand or less through Thursday.

Remodelista Holiday Market

Home design website Remodelista returns to Portland for its holiday market, which will feature vendors from a select group of artisans, such as Kiersten Crowley Jewelry, Flora & Henri, and Vitrified Studio. Items for sale will expand beyond home goods to include clothing, jewelry, organic botanicals, artisanal foods, and more. Entry to the market, which is being hosted by Rejuvenation, is free.

Jane’s Vanity Holiday Soirée

Round out your holiday shopping with a stop at this fête intime hosted by Jane’s Vanity. Fine European lingerie and loungewear will be accompanied by cocktails, live music, and guest spots by Spellbound Flowers, Elysium Jewelry, and local perfumist Imaginary Authors.
