SHOP ADORN TAKES OVER PARALLEL SPACE

In a silver lining moment, we lost longtime boutique Parallel this week, but before a speck of dust could settle in the empty space, another local shop snapped it up. Adorn, already holding down locations in both NE’s Beaumont neighborhood and on SE Division, opens their third location in the old Parallel grounds. Kicking it off right away, owner Nicole Whitsell opens the doors this weekend for a Prairie Underground Sample Sale.  The sale offers past-season samples and factory seconds at 50–85% off retail prices, including hundreds of jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, tunics, and leggings, among them items never produced for retail.

When: December 3 & 4, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Where: Adorn, 1016 SW Washington St
