Aminé Finally Announces His New Album (and Drops a Single with Young Thug)

After dancing on the Convention Center, cropping up on HBO, name-checking music's most prolific skincare mogul, and dropping a barnburner with two major British talents, Portland's own Aminé has finally announced his upcoming album: Limbo, billed as his "sophomore-ish" full length (following 2017's Good for You and 2018's mixtape OnePointFive), hits streamers on August 7. To celebrate, he's released "Compensating," a new, Young Thug-featuring single from the LP.

And the new single sounds like this—characteristically bouncy, a bit dark (a la OnePointFive), with Young Thug spitting the immortal line "I eat a lil' cheese like a snack, baby":
