According to Portland’s human scoop portal Byron Beck at Eater PDX, Portland chef Naomi Pomeroy of Beast will appear in a full-page spread in Newsweek magazine next month. Though Beck notes the subject of the story will not be about Pomeroy specifically, the piece is just one in a flurry of Pomeroy-featured national stories as of late. The two-time Beard finalist appeared in the April issue of Oprah Magazine, and continues to represent Portland chefs and entrepreneurs in a huge way.
