SE Division: Kelly Myers' buzzy upscale Mexican eatery Xico debuted a new Happy Hour service this week, offering $6 margaritas, $5 Sonoran hot dogs, $2 popsicles, and more at the bar from 5 to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. In other Xico menu news, Myers will shake up the new spot's menu for the weekend of Feast Portland, with new dishes featuring Molé Telolapan, Oaxacan chintextle, and goat. 3715 SE Division

NE Glisan: Ashley Ragsdale and Jessica Woods' bakery cart Pie Spot has relocated from the D-Street Noshery to outside the microrestaurant community the Ocean while the pair build out their new bakery/coffeeshop brick-and-mortar. The pie-loving owners have turned to Kickstarter to ralley support and funds to help outifit the new location. 521 NE 24th

N Williams: The third outpost of Portland's pastrami-powered deli empire, Kenny & Zuke's Deli Bar, opens its doors today, September 12th, in the former Pix Patisserie location. The new space offers mornign bagel and coffee service, hot deli items for lunch and dinner and signature cocktials in addition to weekend brunch. Opening hours: Mon-Thurs 7 am to midnight; Sat 8 am to 1 am; Sun 8 am to midnight. 3901 N. Williams

SW Broadway: Vitaly Paley and Ben Bettinger's new PNW-centric Imperial has officially opened on the street level of Downtown's Hotel Lucia. The new space offers three meals a day, and stay tuned to Eat Beat for photos of the chic modern-meets-rustic space. 300 SW Broadway

SW 12th: Lisa Herlinger's Ruby Jewel ice cream is the only culinary finalist from Oregon in Martha Stewart's American Made contest. The PDX scoop shop famous for gourmet ice cream sandwiches were selected from a pool of 2,000 nominees, and the public can vote for the winner here through September 24th. 428 SW 12th

SW Park: Chef Pascal Chureau (of West Linn's Allium Bistro) has sold his ownership of Brasserie Montmartre to co-owner Carl Coffman, with whom he relaunched the storied downtown eatery in 2011.   626 SW Park
