SE Division: Kelly Myers' buzzy upscale Mexican eatery Xico debuted a new Happy Hour service this week, offering $6 margaritas, $5 Sonoran hot dogs, $2 popsicles, and more at the bar from 5 to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. In other Xico menu news, Myers will shake up the new spot's menu for the weekend of Feast Portland, with new dishes featuring Molé Telolapan, Oaxacan chintextle, and goat. 3715 SE Division

NE Glisan: Ashley Ragsdale and Jessica Woods' bakery cart Pie Spot has relocated from the D-Street Noshery to outside the microrestaurant community the Ocean while the pair build out their new bakery/coffeeshop brick-and-mortar. SW 12th: Lisa Herlinger's Ruby Jewel ice cream is the only culinary finalist from Oregon in Martha Stewart's American Made contest. The PDX scoop shop famous for gourmet ice cream sandwiches were selected from a pool of 2,000 nominees, and the public can vote for the winner here through September 24th. 428 SW 12th
