On Sunday, September 16th, dozens of wineries and restaurants from Southern Oregon will take over Downtown Portland's Director park for an afternoon of wine education, tastings, chef collaborations, live music, and more.

Savor Southern Oregon will feature over 100 of the best wines from southern Oregon vineyards, wine education stations, artisan chocolate, cheese, and charucterie, and restaurant pairings from Portland and southern Oregon's best chefs.

The all-star list of participating wineries is set to include Abacela, Agate Ridge Vineyard, Cliff Creek Cellars, Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden, Del Rio Vineyards, Folin Cellars, Misty Oaks Vineyard, Quady North, RoxyAnn Winery, Troon Vineyard, and many more. Winemakers and winery owners will be on hand to chat about their latest vintages and their passion for southern Oregon's up-and-coming wine region.

This year, the festival isn't just about the wine! The Southern Oregon Winery Association has teamed up with Farm to Fork to bring together southern Oregon’s top culinary picks for inspired collaborations with local restaurants. Portland chefs Troy MacLarty of Bollywood Theater, David Padberg of Park Kitchen (and the forthcoming Raven & Rose), Kim Malek of Salt & Straw, and  Aaron Woo of Natural Selection will team up with Willow Witt Ranch in Ashland, Port Orford Sustainable Seafood, Rogue Valley Brambles, and Blue Fox Farm in Applegate to craft pairings for the festival. 

Tickets are $39 in advance, $50 at the door (available here, including all wine, food, and a commemorative wineglass), but we're giving away two tickets for free.
