What: Based on the classic cookbook’s Joy of Cooking original chapters, “America was Built on Game,” Besaw’s will be creating dishes from the 1943 edition cookbook—with a twist. Expect Duck Liver Pate, Grilled Pheasant and Sweet Potato Pudding plus optional drink pairings.

Top Chef Dave Martin to Guest Chef at Bistro Marquee
What: Dave Martin, Top Chef’s Season One runner-up, will be preparing an exclusive five-course dinner, made from local ingredients, and including his infamous Turducken meatballs plus wine pairings.

Blind-Tasting Bingo at OMSI
What: Experience this sensory deprivation game created by Ecotrust and Edible Portland where Executive Chef Ryan Morgan of Bon Appetit will present 12 distinct bites that players taste with their eyes covered, then select their guess on a bingo board. Prizes provided by Ninkasi Brewing Co.

Salt & Straw 3rd Anniversary Earth Day Celebration
What: In honor of their three years of success serving delectable ice cream, Salt & Straw will be revisiting where it all began, serving free scoops to Earth Day volunteers at The Alberta Street Clean Up.

Bow & Arrow Winery Opens Its Doors
What: At the first public open house for Bow & Arrow's winery, urban wine lovers will sample several the label's latest Gamay Rose and their newly released red, Air Guitar. Guests can take a tour, and snacks will be available from The Woodsman Market and Roman Candle.

Eat Mobile’s Food Cart Competition and Festival
What: Over 30 food carts, such as Thrive, Gonzo, Little Boba Truck, 808 Grinds, Ramy’s Falafel Fusion, will be competing for the 7th Annual Carty Award. Guests receive samples and vote for their favorites.

Coquine Bake Sale Pop-Up Benefit
What: Coquine is hosting a benefit bake sale for employee Lauren Smith, recently in a bike accident, with their legendary Salted Caramel-Brown Butter-Chocolate Chip Cookie (AKA the Coquine Cookie), plus Oakshire’s Espresso Stout and coffee. All sales go towards Lauren’s medical bills.

Vino de Mezcal Tasting and Tapas Dinner
