For the past two months, you, Portland Monthly's dedicated readership, voted on the city's best neighborhood bars. For our May issue (hitting newsstands April 22), we did a little imbibing of our own, ferreting out the 10 best new bars in the city right now, uncovering the greatest cocktails creations, and, critically, chronicling the best neighborhood bars in every liquor-dispensing Portland neighborhood—all 76 of them!
