Oregon's Cider Industry Is Booming

Here are the hard numbers on the state's next booze boom.

Portlanders drink more cider per capita than people in any other US city. McMenamins started the state’s first modern-era cidery in 1992. Now, Oregon is home to 67 cider producers—fifth in the US, behind WA, CA, MI, and NY.
