Haven’t been able to snag a highly coveted camping spot this summer, when the low-risk outdoor activity is hotter than ever? Me neither. But if you’ve got FOMO for camping cuisine (Hot dogs! Chili! Trail mix! Freeze-dried turkey tetrazzini from a bag!), Portland-based scoop shop Salt & Straw is dropping three new camping-inspired ice cream flavors today. Warning: it’s probably a lot bougier than anything you’ve ever eaten at a campground before, but we're into these promo shots.

Buttermilk Pancakes, Bacon & Eggs features custard-like pancake batter-flavored ice cream with griddled blueberry coffee cake pancake bites, Vermont maple syrup swirls, and brown sugar bacon bits.

The vegan Huckleberry Cast Iron Corn Bread features Pacific Northwest wild huckleberries and skillet corn bread, all swirled into salted vanilla coconut ice cream.

Meanwhile, Salted Hazelnut Praline S’mores dares to attempt to improve on a campfire classic, with house-made vanilla bean marshmallows, chocolate pudding ganache, and crunchy praline graham crackers.

These summertime-only flavors are available by the scoop or by the pint at all West Coast Salt & Straw locations—including its four Portland-area locations—until September 10, with the option to order online for pickup or delivery. (Note: We were startled to see these labeled on the S&S site as “Portland Monthly Flavors,” but they are merely flavors available for the month in Portland.)
