While they don't have full-sized pies, this NE Alberta bakery offers savory hand pies and a variety of mini vegan and gluten-free tarts, like lemon curd with almond flaxseed crust, dark chocolate pomegranate, cranberry raspberry linzer tart, and cane sugar-free roasted apple with cornmeal almond crust.
