New shop on the block Rhapsody obviously wants to announce their presence with a bang. Saturday, November 10 owner Zanity Zody hosts a trunk show with a slew of local favorites to get the welcome party started. The collective Trunk Soiree lets you get a jump start on that holiday shopping (for yourself or others – no judgment) with designers Sahlia Jewelry, Ms. Wood, Clair Vintage Inspired, Tarte, and Maple XO all on hand to show off their latest goods. In addition to the fashion, the party atmosphere will include fashion photographer Lavenda Memory on hand snapping photos while live music, libations, and tasty tidbits surround.

Zody says of the stellar line up, “Growing up on a commune and hailing from a family of artists and independent creatives, it has always been important to me to seek out independent designers and support sustainable production and the local community.  Luckily, Portland is rich with such innovative and creative individuals.”
