This weekend the shop owners dotted along Mississippi Avenue give an early Valentine’s Day gift to their patrons. For the first time, the Small Shop Big Hearts event features each retailer doing their own incentive take from champagne and trunk shows to gift specials and photo booths. Spend some time Saturday or Sunday strolling the street and popping into participating vendors for their special treats.

Paxton Gate: Showcasing a trunk show of local jewelry designers, 4pm-7pm each day

Salty's Dog & Cat Shop: Celebrating their 8-year anniversary, 10% of sales from Feb. 9th and 10th will go 
to the Underdog Railroad Rescue. There will be a raffle and the proceeds will go to the 
Underdog Railroad Rescue, who will be at the shop on Feb. 9th for adoption outreach
