Downtowners can stop the arduous trek around the city when trying to quickly acquire a can of cat food, a box of pens, and an adorable new wallet. The long anticipated City Target is officially open with both a Starbucks and pharmacy inside and some pretty decent hours for shopping convenience (store is open ‘til 10pm every night but Sunday and pharmacy is open ‘til 7pm during the week).
