The House: A three-bedroom home two blocks from the streetcar, with Portland-quirky touches like a hand-written guide to Portland from the owner, Portland-crafted coffee table, standing desk office, reading nooks, and plenty of terrariums. According to the listing, "you will have access to everything in the house except for our money and virginity. Just kidding, but not really."

The Perks: Italian leather sofa, fireplace, multiple options for making coffee (including a Chemex and Able brew system), and a help-yourself booze cabinet.
