When it comes time to list the top vegetarian restaurants in Portland, the meaty marvel that is NE Killingsworth’s Beast rarely earns a mention… but Top Chef Naomi Pomeroy’s intimate multi-course vegetarian dinners are an indulgent treat for herbivores and the people who love them.

The next $100, seven-course vegetarian feast—with wine pairings—is slated for November 22nd, perfect for a pre-Thanksgiving warm-up to get your gullet in gear for the main event. Diners will feast on red cabbage and apple soup with cheese and caraway crisps, white bean and salsify salad with fried lemons and capers, Delicata squash and leek fritters, celery root risotto with crispy sage and brown butter, apple tart tatin with buttermilk and smoked salt ice cream, along with plenty of other fall-hued surprises.

These dinners have been outrageously popular, and they usually sell out after a few days—so grab that reservation soon if you’re so inclined. To reserve your spot, head to the Beast website or call the restaurant at 503-841-6968.
